Who's Nood? - The Story of Nood Bake Co

You’ve heard the classic joke of ‘the fussy one’ with the intolerances trying to order dessert at a restaurant, and being told they can have a taxi home. I’m here to prove to you that cake is not exclusive.

For me, dessert always equalled an upset stomach and I thought that was normal.

Not one to back down I refused to accept the fact that I’d never enjoy tasty treats again.

Anyone who knows me, has endured my endless search for high quality snacks and failed attempts at recreating desserts I once loved.

Being my own worst critic, I followed recipes, watched videos, educated myself on plant based eating, and stumbled across the idea of Nood which I am excited to finally share with you.

Natural, plant based bakes, that everyone can enjoy.

An endless amount of puns later, the brand was born.
