FAQ

How long will my Noods take to arrive?

We send all boxes with 1st class Royal Mail postage and they should arrive within 24-48hrs! Please double check that the delivery address entered at checkout is full and correct, and if any errors are made just email hello@noodbake.co and we can help!

What size is the Nood box?

They are all the same standard size, about a bit bigger than A5! They neatly fit 6 delicious squares of whichever treat you choose to buy.

Is everything you make dairy free?

Yes! Everything is made with plant based ingredients so that means no egg or dairy, however we cannot guarantee the final baked goods are completely trace free due to the manufacturing methods of which they are produced in.

Therefore we cannot recommend these products for those with allergies, please check the ingredients list before purchasing and if you would like any more details please do not hesitate to email and reach out!

Can I order in bulk?

We are always on the lookout for new opportunities and happy to do bulk orders for 10 or more boxes! For parties or events please email or fill in the form underneath the ‘cakes and cupcakes’ section! 

Can I send to multiple addresses?

Yes this is possible but you will have to place them as separate orders, if you are ordering more than 4 at one time please message us and I can sort out a bespoke price for you.

We have a super tasty range of flavours online from zesty orange brookies to the nutty hazelnood! We love new suggestions and ideas so feel free to reach out on social media and let us know! We also have seasonal specials, think spiced and warm in the colder months and light and fruity in the summer!
